FIELD MANUAL

Find the hidden beacons.

  1. Four beacons hide on the grid. Numbers are the opening sonar sweep.
  2. A number is the step-distance to the nearest beacon (a 0 would sit on one).
  3. Triangulate: each reading carves the beacons down to one possible layout.
  4. In FLAG mode, tap the cells you've deduced. Flag all four, then LOCK IN.
  5. Stuck? Switch to PING mode to scan a cell — but every extra ping dents your par of 0.
